Despite doing all the right strategies and tactics, something hidden is slowing your success. You're listening to Dr. Anastasia Chopelas, physicist turned energy healer, your guide through the quantum shifts that create real world results so you can grow your business with more impact, income, and ease without burning out. Listen in Your next breakthrough starts now. Your body is brilliantly designed to adapt to stress, but only for short bursts. Whenever you are not energized by enough food, rest, water, or periods of emotional calm, your adrenal glands will send out bursts of adrenaline, cortisol, and more to help you accomplish it. It could even be a response to a stimulus, like a honking horn, a phone ringing, or even a scary bug snake or person you didn't expect. That's where your adrenal glands come in, sometimes giving you more strength than you thought you had to get the next job done, your deadline met, or escape a threat. The thing about this situation called the sympathetic state or the sympathetic nervous system is that your body can't repair itself in this state. In fact, your body is using its precious resources to accomplish your goal. This is why constant stress leads to burnout and then to illness First, your adrenal glands burnout. Then your body can no longer respond even to the stress of getting out of bed in the morning or standing up. After a good night's sleep, you're still tired. There is no oomph in your body to respond to it. When you stand up from a seated position, your adrenal glands need to fire to help stabilize your blood pressure so you don't faint. If you feel weak or shaky or fainty when you stand up, it's not a low blood pressure issue, it's the lack of response from your adrenal glands. The overuse of your adrenal glands leads to their inability to keep up with demands. This brings your body into a low energy state. This isn't as serious if it's temporary because your body has redundant systems. if your adrenals keep firing long term and your adrenal glands aren't pumping out enough stress hormone, your thyroid, which provides the metabolic oomph to bring energy into your body, gets overworked. Then with no relief in sight, your liver can't keep up with the energy demands either. The consequence your immune system weakens, inflammation builds. That's when chronic symptoms start showing up. Fatigue, brain fog, gut issues, anxiety, hormonal imbalances. Continue without addressing the fatigue and brain fog, you're inviting serious health problems to enter. Food allergies, autoimmune disease, cancer, kidney disease, and more. Your doctor might treat all of these different symptoms as separate issues. It probably shows up differently for different people. Could be excess weight, could be lupus, maybe arthritis. How about Addison's disease? Hypothyroidism, and more. The real root is letting the daily stress go on for too long, breaking your body down bit by bit. This is exactly what happened to me. After my adrenal glands stop producing enough of the stress hormone, my liver stopped doing some of its jobs. Then my thyroid wasn't taking care of my metabolic needs. That's when I finally had to let go and change. And during that time I saw this bumper sticker that said, I feel so much better now that I've given up hope. I knew exactly what it meant because that's how I felt at that time. I had no choice but to rest and recover. I had to keep reminding myself that rest is a verb and I was doing something very important. It was imperative for me to find answers. Two young lives depended on it. My children basically saved my life. My self-esteem was so low at this point by growing up and having that much criticism directed at me that I didn't think I was worth the trouble. But loving and caring for my children meant that I was important to someone, and this is what had me looking for answers. In order to find answers, I had to go about looking for ideas out of the normal medical realm. I was lucky that I had spent 20 years in scientific research understanding how to critically evaluate what I was reading in scholarly articles, testing ideas, and speaking to other professionals about these ideas. My first step was to study food allergies and sensitivities, which became rampant in me during this time. When your immune system starts to fail, your body becomes sensitive to things that weren't problems before. I learned all about elimination diets, rotation diets, gluten, allergy testing, organic foods, and more. Once I started eating a diet more suited to my biochemistry, I started to feel better. This allowed me to seek answers outside conventional medicine, especially since I was living in Germany. Where basically every person on the street knows about natural remedies, teas, herbs, and healthy foods. If you'd say, I have a sore throat, and they would tell you the best tea for that. There I had a great naturopathic homeopathic doctor and a series of friends practicing various types of energy healing like reiki, shiatsu massage, foot reflexology, and more. The energy healing was the final key to gaining my health and vitality back. First. I had healing performed on me, and I could feel every little thing that was happening. I discovered how sensitive I am to energy and how I could heal myself and others, and then started practicing the healing on myself daily. And I also tried it out on other people. Throughout this journey back to myself, it wasn't any one thing, no one diet, no one supplement, no one exercise, and no one practice that helped me recover. It was the whole of my behavior. It's really an alignment of all of my behaviors toward wanting to be healthy and energetic, becoming healthier in my self-esteem, that I'm worth the
effort:Practicing my healthy habits like daily exercise and healthy eating, of avoiding bad habits, and practicing my energy hygiene with my connection to others, my energy body, and more. It's holistic and completely aligned. My mindset then became my body is a delicate organism that needs daily nurturing, and that's my definition of self-healing In energy. Sometimes you'll hear that you can't heal yourself, that you're in the container and you can't. read your label on the outside surface. This is self-diagnosis and often you really have a good idea of what you have, what works, and what doesn't. Sometimes, however, you can obscure the truth from yourself because it's not what you want to hear. Like being allergic to chocolate, for example. No one wants that, but discovering it can help you overcome it. And that's been my attitude about healing ever since. The inability to do self-healing is a myth, and in fact, many healers will tell you to practice what you learn on yourself. In my programs, it's one of the fundamental principles baked into the programs. Once you learn how and what to do in any circumstance, you can really create medical miracles for yourself and others. And when you don't feel good enough to do it, you can get help from others in the program, for example. I love seeing people getting healthy and more energetic and succeed in their life, and business because they have the energy now to do it. Their relationships get better, their moods improve, and their brain fog lifts. My programs are different than the usual, as I add the scientific component to it in ways that improve outcomes and empower people to take charge of their own health. My programs are often delivered over a long period of time, like six months to a year, even two years, done live on Zoom, to help students assimilate the healing and learn the processes. Many people have asked me if I could do this over a weekend or six days. I didn't think it was possible. I guess I was stopping myself with my own limited thinking. However, at this point, I think I overcame my own objections to this, and now I'm ready to launch this program, which will include six months to a year of follow up calls, support interactions, and a community with others in the same program.
