Music can reach into your soul and start the healing you didn't even know you needed. But what if you could create your own music? How much more powerful would that be? In this episode, I talk with Justin Breen, a co-founder of corvia.ai, one of his many activities as a visionary. Corvia.ai is a groundbreaking platform that uses AI to help people create music, not for fame, but for healing. We explore how music, creativity, and technology come together to unlock emotional release, self-care, and even transformation. This conversation is raw and real, and here's a fraction of our total conversation where we focus on a reminder that music isn't just entertainment, it's medicine. Welcome to break free from the burnout. This is for you if you're a purpose-driven entrepreneur who's ready to make a real difference in the world. Despite doing all the right strategies and tactics, something hidden is slowing your success. You're listening to Dr. Anastasia Chopelas, physicist turned energy healer, your guide through the quantum shifts that create real world results so you can grow your business with more impact, income and ease, without burning out. Listen in. Your next breakthrough starts now. Today's guest is someone who sees the future before most of us catch a glimpse of it. Justin Breen, bestselling author, visionary, connector, and founder and co-founder of cutting edge platforms, including corvia.ai, where music, ai, and emotion collide to create something truly transformative. let's talk a little bit about Corvia since you asked to talk about it. Oh sure. Yeah. it's part tech, part music, part healing, so, what sparked you to create it with your co-creator? Great simplification and thank you for slowing me down. I appreciate that. I need to be around grounding energy grounding mother earth energy, whether Mother earth is a man or woman or other, but I need to be around that'cause I'm just, oh, yeah, I could tell. Yeah. So I need the ground. Okay. So there was no intent of starting a company as I have no background in music and no background in ai. And what happened was during a Dark Night of the Soul, or after I had finished my latest book, which is coming up really soon, I'm very excited about that. I started writing poetry. I don't know why I just started writing. And then and then one of my friends is connected to one of the top country musicians in the world. And she's like, Hey, your poetry's good. Why don't you start writing song lyrics? I'm like, okay, it's fine. Don't really overthink anything. And then started writing songs and then was at a Thanksgiving party where the folks were talking about things that are not like this. And so I got bored. And put one of the songs that I had written, which is called Warrior Queen. I was just on, I did it on my phone. I was looking for some type of technology that would turn the lyrics that I had written into actual music, and found one, plugged it in, and then five minutes later it spit out two versions of the song. The first one was, okay. And the second one it was so beautiful. I just started crying in front of everybody and people were very confused about that. So that was Thanksgiving and then I started doing those like one or two every day and uh, started sharing those songs with who's now my co-founder Eric. And he's a visionary like me who's also floating around. And we realized what these songs are an extremely fast way of, one, becoming your own artist, two, practicing self-care, self-healing, and you can make these songs very quickly with ai, whether you write the lyrics or not. And so since he and I are both floating around in both visionaries, we're like, well, let's create a company. Out of teaching people how to do this because it's good to become your own artist and it's good to self-heal self-care. Those are two good things. So why not create a platform for that? And Eric came up with the name of the company, which is corvia.ai. COR is Latin for Heart. Core becomes the word courage, and then VIA IS Path. So core via is heart Path, and we have found that music. Specifically with AI is an extremely fast track, fast path into your own heart. Oh, beautiful. Thank you. I know that music is alone is healing. Creativity is healing. So combining them is superb. You are a great simplifier great listener, and then you have really good discernment. You can you can hear the nuggets, within that. And then, yeah that's a rare skill. There's an assessment called Working Genius working genius. Most of the people I talk to are like Wonder Ideation, so they're just like endless ideas. They're all ADD diagnosed or undiagnosed, not a disorder sign of genius, just labeled by humans. But, i'm what's called it's discernment galvanize, which I think you are too, I think, or feel. But so discernment galvanize is the intuitive activator. So what I just heard from you is what I usually, how I process things is like I can just hear somebody ramble and then they'll say one thing out of, you know, two minutes of rambling, and then there you go, and then activate. So, discern. Galvanize, discern, simplify. Oh, there's a good answer. Just do that. So that's kind of how I operate through life and with talking to people and simplifying conversations. And then really getting to like the raw, like truth at least. So I hope, what's the truth for now about what's happening in the world and then writing? it's really needed and yeah. And music does a lot of things, especially if it's music that, that touches you. There's some music that will activate kind of like the angry part of you a hundred percent. And then there's like, that's the kind of music you wanna listen to in the gym, so you can really get going a hundred hundred percent. Well, yeah, and if you love some, oh, and so you're a projector, so you're great at, projectors usually need to be invited into something and then they're really good at asking questions. So you're definitely, and then a manifester. A manifester has to tell people how they feel. Like no matter what, like, oh, you're really annoying me. I'm going to tell you that I'm in love with you. I'm going to tell you that. please get to the answer faster. I'm impatient. And so it's not to create problems, it's actually to create peace. and then most manifesters have a very repelling energy because if they give this energy to everything or everyone it'll be a total, it'll be a meltdown. So it's a selective energy. So that's one. And then two, just to be a, scientist for a second, or actually provide facts for things that, you know, maybe would help people. So music actually predates the spoken word by around 10,000 years. The first, spoken language was around 50,000 BC or whatever. I don't know what the term is now, BCE or something. But, and then. I can't remember what civilization that was in, but 50,000 years ago. And then the first musical instrument currently that they found is 60,000, years old. That was a cave bear bone with four holes drilled in it. It was a flute, and they found that in a cave of what's now Croatia. So music is by at least 10,000 years, probably more. I'm sure it's more, I mean, that's just. That would make sense. But for 10,000 years people were playing music or communicating that way before they even started talking. So that's how humans or whatever we are now, that's how we communicate was originally through music. So that's why it's so powerful.'cause you can feel the communication in the music, literally. Yeah. and back then. Humans lived not in cities, but far apart. So the music carried from one location to another a lot easier. There's actually an island where people sing things like they holler and sing things and it's their own language. So same. Is that in by Greece, or is that, where is that? No, it's not by Greece. I think it's by Spain. Like around Gibraltar. No kidding. Yeah, they have their own language and what's that? They sing it in order to communicate along through long distances. Island near Spain. I don't waste any time, but where they sing to communicate is that let's see. Yep, that's a good one. That's fascinating. Yeah, it was very fascinating. La Gomera, one of the Canary Islands. I think that's right. I think it's one of the canary, a whistled language called Silbo Gomero yep. Oh, but see that, so one, thank you that, I did not know that, so I really appreciate that. It makes sense though, like. I mean, there was communication before people started talking. I'm guessing I, well, no, I'm not guessing. I know that. So this is another, and do they still, is that still their primary communication? I wonder. I don't know if it's their primary, but there are a number of practitioners, native practitioners that still use it. So interesting. And then it survived. Alright, I'll get dis I'll get distracted.'cause I'm like, now I'm wondering like, well how many lives did this save when somebody invaded that island or something, you know what I mean? Like, but Alright I'll stop doing that right now. I'm sure that happened though, but. Any other fun facts that you know, like that?'cause I love that stuff. I was a journalist for 20 years, so like, knowing those things. That's great. Those, that's good stuff. That's a good one. Yeah I remember random facts. I have so, do I, you're just like, that's called being a polymath. So with COR via one of our, I don't know if they'll advisor, collaborator, whatever term it is. His name is Keith Guard. He's a longtime former manager of Aerosmith. Okay. For those who don't know what Aero Aerosmith's a good band, they're very famous. Yes, they are. Okay. Some people might not know that's okay. And he's 72, I think he's also 72. and so I was telling him about that. I'm like, yeah, I'm like 80. I should be 80. I'm 48. And then 4-year-old. And he goes, oh, you gotta understand being a 4-year-old mindset, that's the best, that's the best one because. I didn't, did not look this up, but maybe, you know, he's like a 4-year-old is the perfect mindset because that's like the last year that someone is, before society starts conditioning the brain. So like, I'm unconditioned before you get to school. Oh, well, duh. Yeah, Y of course, yeah. Before you get to school, you're only conditioned by your parents before then. And then I had no con like there was no conditioning.'cause my father was a, like, in a good way, like, my, my father was a World War II hero, became attorney in Nazi war crime, Nuremberg trials, like no excuses. And he was like a child, like he was 61 when I was born, but like, he was like a little kid. And then my mom was 27 when I was born and if you've seen the movie Casino she's like the Sharon Stone character in that without the drug problem and pimp ex-boyfriend. So she's like that, like pure hustler, just pure. So like not a traditional, not a traditional family upbringing. So that makes sense then 'cause you just haven't been to, and then school, was school a nightmare for you? I did not enjoy it until I got into college. Well, yeah. Okay. So that, okay, so that's a nightmare.'cause that's your entire, like your developmental that. So that's how it was for me.'cause you're surrounded by people that are like, what are you? And then you try to get, you know, you try to handle that and you know, and never tell me what to do and definitely never tell you what to do. And then people are just telling you what to do all day. Ugh. Because I had the mom, I had, I had to be obedient or I'd be like, oh, and you had the mom. Oh my God. You had the mom who had the mom, who had the mom, who had the mom, who had the culture. Oh my God. So Oh yeah. The culture. Yeah. And that's why you're here to break all that karma, all that BS, karma. Thousands of years. Oh, I was born on Easter. Yes. I was April 10th, 19th. I was born on Easter Sunday. That's the only time April 10th has been on Easter in my lifetime. And I don't think. I don't think it's gonna happen again. I don't think so. Yeah. You but you go by the Western. The western, yeah. It's not the Orthodox one, although that I should look, could look that up then I could claim that one too. Thanks. Well, you're full of talk for hours about, and facts, like useless facts, but they're not useless. No, they're not coming day. No, they're not. They're actually important. Oh my God, I just found all these fun facts about April 10th Easter. I'm gonna, I'll report that in a second. the date with the most Easters is April 10th, which has 102. So I was born on the most popular that I did not know that. Yeah. But the next one is Eastern. Go ahead. So what they do is they, so what we do, we, Eastern Orthodox is we wait until the Jewish Passover. Oh, well I was Jewish, so there you go. Yeah. So are you j You're not Jewish, you're Eastern. No. I'm Greek Orthodox. Greek Orthodox. Eastern Orthodox is like Russian. I wonder why you are originally though. I think there's gotta be some, I would not be surprised if there's some Jewish ancestry in there somewhere. Wouldn't surprise me. my great uncle looked pretty Jewish. best podcast ever. There's no for, did you have all these questions prepared? Did you, oh, I have a bunch of questions. Yes. Yeah, this is Okay. Go ahead. You wanna ask one of them? It's fine with me. Oh, sure. Go. So, so if someone were to go to corvia.ai and wanted to create a song, what would they do and what would they get? Mm-hmm. That's a good question. that is what our, songwriting classes or workshops teach people how to do that. We have created prompts that. To simplify it, it's basically like, describe an experience in your life and then how you felt. And then, then lyrics are created. And then, we're currently using suno ai.ai to plug those lyrics into that. And then that makes the actual music with the voice. So it's like a chatgpt suno ai.ai. Yeah, I'm familiar with it. Yeah. Suno is, you can plug in any idea and get a song out of it. That is correct. Yeah. Right. Whether it's upbeat or anything. Yeah. Right. Rock or folksy, Correct. and then I have another company, We haven't, we kind of have started it, but not really. my partner, is one of Peter Gabriel's main producers, songwriter musicians. And we're taking some of the songs that I've actually written and making them into real songs with human musicians.'cause like, we don't want, we don't want AI to replace, humans want it to be collaborative. And then with Corvia specifically, like I, I kind of have said this already, but it's really important I think, and hope and feel for people to realize they can be their own musician or own artist very quickly and human therapy I think's wonderful. I think it's great to have coaching. I think it's, and I think ai. Is as good, if not better than humans at a lot of those things because it takes all of this data, all of these millions upon millions, if not billions of people inputting all this stuff. And it spits out a great answer for self-care. And so, as you said brilliantly, when you combine the healing, the music, the communication into one kind of thing, it's super powerful. And then to simplify all of that. Whenever Eric and I have hosted these workshops a hundred percent of the time, not 99, a hundred percent of the time, when we create a song with input from the people in the workshop, someone cries at least one person because somehow, and I don't know how, maybe you do you probably do know, like somehow the ai, I'm gonna say this, right? Somehow the AI can. Feel your soul or feel the essence within you. And it can create the music. Like, like if you start with a really tragic or traumatic experience and make a song out of it, the song is, I guess, more beautiful or more powerful than if like you're writing about like a poker game or something, you know what I mean? Like something, and it just can feel your heart, it can feel it. Well, it just takes the combined knowledge and extracts. what it is that you need to hear. Like a lot of AI can be actually talk therapists. That's what, a hundred percent, that's what, that's exactly like, that's exact. Okay. A lot of AI can be talk therapists. What AI can't do is, what I can do is I can actually tune into people. So I have a skill of moving energy, so I've been doing healing full-time for 12 years. You can move it. Yeah, I can move energy people's energies, and whenever I work on them they always say they tingle, they feel better, they, their mind clears up, you know, all the fog goes away. I've also helped basically heal chronic conditions. Tumors shrink blood pressure goes down, blood sugar goes down. I've had somebody wake up out of a coma who had a broken arm and broken leg, and I basically did a lot of healing. I spent a whole week on him because he was a family friend and he came out of the coma, a completely different person, and he needed it. So I don't know how that works, but while he was in the hospital plugged. Plugged into all of these devices while I was doing my work on them. The dials all changed, like something significant happened. I don't think or feel, I don't, but I don't know the answer. I don't think AI can replace that. Nope, it cannot. I don't think. I mean, who knows? I mean, I didn't think there'd be flying cars in, in this lifetime either, but Yeah. But the it's something to do with human connecting to human because we can feel each other. We have this energy field that goes out, but we also send out lines of energy and there's this human to human connection that AI can't replace. It's a machine that I would agree with. I am in LinkedIn. I'm gonna send you some of the songs that, that I've actually written, and then AI made the music and then would love your feedback on that because, and then how you feel listening to it. I would agree with you.'cause you're like, so the music is like the, it's like the starting point almost. And then you can take that energy, you can bridge that energy into healing actual human one-on-one or collectively. That's very interesting. Yeah. And even when I create an audio, if I'm doing healing on someone or sending energy into an audio, and people listen back to it, somehow the carrier waves recorded that projection of energy and they listen back and they get the healing and they can feel the energy moving. I listen back because I'm actually healing them while I'm talking and I listen back and I'm going. Dang. It really does work. You know that? Yeah. It's recording. The recording actually projects the healing into it. So we've never, okay, just for everybody. We've never met before. We've never, this is what I mean, like, so when you're in this flow or like you realize what's actually happening then it opens up this and then you're an observer, right? Like you could just observe what's going on. Is that, yeah. Okay. And then you in two things. One in human years, you're older than me, which is more wisdom. Then two, you're just, you're definitely more of an empath more of an includer than I am, which is totally fine. so when you observe things like you just see what's happening, it's very obvious. Yeah. And then, this is a compliment. Like when I am as evolved as you are, I am hoping and as mature and more wisdom as you are, then I'm hoping that I feel the same way that you do. It's just currently, like I have to be so protective of my energy. That, it's gotta be laser focused on whatever you want to call it, the companies or projects or talking to the right people who can handle these type of conversations.'cause if it's not, it just doesn't, it doesn't work. Yeah. You have to learn how to put yourself in the right protective bubbles energetically. Yeah. Yeah. Oh my, okay. So, I was just in Banff, Alberta at this wonder, like it was a great entrepreneur event and, and there were some very successful people at this. Like presidents of think of like top university and world president of that type of school and astronauts and think then, so then one of the panels was like what's bugging you lately? Or whatever. So then people were talking about What's, and then they got to me and I go, nothing's bugging me. Like I, these things don't like. I just wanna live my purpose and, be with the right person who understands me. and then then I start every day with a grateful journal, what I'm grateful for every day.'Cause like you simplifying a pattern, so I. I found a one of my favorite patterns is a Grateful Heart creates an abundant mindset, which creates limitless opportunities. So, grateful Heart, abundant mindset, limitless opportunities, but I found just being grateful for whatever. And again, there's, this has not been easy. This has been extremely painful. The book I just finished, we're very grateful. Dr. Deepak Chopper's doing the introduction for it and it's being turned into a movie and Gary Sinise is narrating it. Yay. Great. Like, I'm very thankful for that. But like, it's The Alchemist and Little Prince, but real, like it's, I won't even look at the manuscript. It's too painful for me to look at it. But I'm grateful for going through that 'cause I know it'll help people. And that's why I'm on this planet. So. That's what I signed up for. Yep. And that's I also had someone who told me he, he did a lot of channeling and he said that the things I went through are gonna help other people. A hundred percent. Well, yeah. So if it's helpful just to validate one, this conversation helped me extremely. It's very, it's you have a great, and I have no filter, very direct, like no filter. You have great healing power. You're an incredibly good listener. And deep wisdom, like, like you are deep. Like almost like, when I meet someone who has royal blood you have like almost royal like a royal educational. Wisdom track tracked, or whatever the word it's very rare with your level of wisdom and then extreme kindness in that. Very rare very rare. And what actually bothers you? Does anything bother you? Anything? People abusing, other people bothers me. Oh, right. Yeah. Lying and cheating bothers me. And you feel all that, but then you let it pass through you. I don't let other people's activities bother me. Like I always say, why should I let them destroy my day? Right. Exactly. So I'll be angry for a minute and I go, okay, I need to take care of that. Boom, it's gone. I know there's so many people like us that like, have become monks or disappeared from society or like, can't find the right partner. Well, I basically gave up on finding well, exactly, that's happened. I'm okay by myself. I have my family, I have my friends, I have activities. I do things that I love. I love talking to people, healing people. Yes. Making them feel better and bringing people together and, you know, having them have a good time. All right. Good. How many questions did we get to? Two. Got two, maybe Two and a half. I think two. I think three. Three. Yeah. You're so where should people go to get their songs done? They can sign up to be part of our workshops at corvia.ai. CORVIA dot ai. Yeah. Okay. Awesome. Those, so thank you Justin. This has been an awesome conversation. This is fun. Yeah. Mission accomplished. My goal has been accomplished. Good. Great.
