With over 40 years experience as a psychotherapist in private practice for mental health including corporate training and conference keynotes, Judith has focused on Stress Management, Burnout Prevention, Creating the Positive Workplace, Dealing with Toxic and Difficult Employees, and Assertive Communication in the workplace. She has written 11 mental health/ self-help books plus two therapeutic card decks. She shares actionable tips on how to make changes to overcome self-limiting beliefs that lead to stress and burnout. CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has an MS in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann Medical College and a BS in Psychology from University of Pennsylvania.
